Phil is no stranger to the art of fly fishing.  Phil has been fishing still waters for the past 20 years and is a former commercial tyer. He is an accomplished author and lecturer, with credits such as “Fly Patterns for Stillwaters” and his DVD “Expert Techniques: Tying Fly Patterns for Stillwaters” (see page 2).; Phil contributes articles to many local and international publications.

Phil also has a steady stream of lecturing appointments at a variety of outdoor shows, fly fishing clubs and fly fishing schools. He has appeared on a number of television shows including “Sport Fishing BC”, “The New Fly Fisher” and “Fishing with Shelly and Courtney”.

With their combined experience and expertise, Brian and Phil, along with the rest of our Pro Staff team, will continue to educate both our customers and consumers and help grow the industry and sport of fly fishing in Canada.
